Choose Start > Run > Type Outlook /safe > Press Ok > In the Choose Profiles dialog box, accept the default setting of Outlook and choose OK > f prompted, enter your password and choose Accept.
You can try to Repair Office Apps:
- Open Control Panel using Start.
- Click on Programs and select Programs and Features.
- Click on the Office product that you want to repair.
- Click Change.
Select Quick Repair and click on Repair. If Quick Repair didn’t fix the error, select Online Repair and click on Repair.
