Microsoft Outlook error can appear while, opening (launching), installing, closing, ,updating, downloading

Check Windows is up to date
select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update .
Check for missing or corrupted system registry file

Run these Windows/system repairs to see if these repairs will create this missing registry entry for error code 30068-39 :
– Open Command Prompt as administrator (search for it within the Windows start menu > right-click > run as administrator)
– Enter: sfc /scannow
– Once the scan finishes, enter: dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
– Once the scan finishes, reboot
– Once rebooted, login and check if the registry entry exists
Repair Office application
If the issue is not fixed Remove and reinstall Office suite
Open control panel -Click on uninstall programs and features-Search for Microsoft Office in the list.
Select Microsoft Office and click on uninstall.
Go to www.office.com and if you’re not already signed in, select Sign in
Sign in with the account you associated with this version of Office. This account can be a Microsoft account, or work or school account.
After signing in, follow the steps that match the type of account you signed in with
- From the Office home page select Install Office.
Select Install (or depending on your version, Install Office>).
From your browser, select Run (in Edge or Internet Explorer), Setup (in Chrome), or Save File (in Firefox).
If you see the User Account Control prompt that says, Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device? select Yes.
The install begins.
